The system has the capability to automate the complete Human Resource Information of the company. Various features like Company News, MD Message, Helpdesk, Telephone Directory, Organization Hierarchy, Employee Information or Library are available in a single window.

It is a boon for the Human Resource team, who can keep an eagle eye on every single system. This success story was made possible only due to sheer hard work and constant efforts of the IBM team and constant feedback and support from HR Team of IYM who left no stones unturned to achieve this Herculean task.
