IYDOL - INCOLMOTOS Yamaha Dealer Online is a transaction based portal built for Yamaha Motor, Colombia, which makes the B2B interface truly interactive. With the implementation of IYDOL, the IY dealers can make online requests for Spare Parts, Vehicles, Service claim, Warranty claim and also retail bikes through this system. The user can see the status of his requests, as these are updated on real-time basis.

Multiple interactive reports are available for Yamaha Department users and dealers use. Dealers can give feedback, suggestion or complaint for any product and can also log calls for any problems which he faces while using the system. Yamaha Department user can discuss any issue with a dealer or any group of dealer. There is a provision to send a message to multiple users in single instance. The portal was developed based on Lotus Notes technology.
