Noritsu Koki India Branch

Noritsu Koki Co. Ltd. India branch conducts sales and service of its photographic printing machines manufactured by NKC, Japan.

Two other module developed by NKC , SFA, SAS are also implemented at NIB in last six months.

Pre-Implementation scenario

They didn't use any standard ERP systems and used to work on tally for finance & various other stand alone systems for all processes that resulted in a lot of duplicity of work & extra paperwork.

Being also a service provider, they needed a system that could take care of Service Management efficiently, manage warranty related issues and generate MIS reports to be sent to Head Office.

Post-Implementation Scenario

Microsoft Dynamics NAV has been installed successfully and NIB is utilizing its benefits in terms of reduced working hours & automatic MIS report generation. Moreover, NIB now is able to maintain all its business related information in one system and NKC management can have necessary information as & when required by accessing the system from Japan.
