YMPULSE system gains momentum

Yet another feather in the cap of YMSLI is the new YMPULSE project which is based on the brand new technology - New YAMAHA java Framework V2. The project will bring about a breakthrough in the business modules and is soon to Go Live!

The YMPULSE System is an Internet based dealer system. It is used in a majority of European countries and enables Yamaha Dealers to enter Spare Parts Orders, view their Orders, make Spare Parts Returns, enter Warranty Registrations and make Warranty Claims amongst its many features. Information is available securely in real time, from the central Yamaha Systems. The dealer can see exactly the same information as the distributor and thus there is a much reduced requirement for distributor staff time dealing with standard daily business queries.

A major benefit to the Yamaha dealer network is that YMPULSE allows a dealer to undertake their daily interactions with their Yamaha Distributor cheaply, efficiently and at a time of his own choosing. Over 98% of the orders that come in to the Yamaha Parts Systems from our YMPULSE enabled distributors now come via YMPULSE. The system has been in use since 1997 and is undertaking a major review by Yamaha Motor Europe and Yamaha Motor Solutions.
