YMSLI has realized a complete purchasing system known as ‘E-Procurement’ as per the international norms with the use of Lotus technology. Apart from this, a mature sales system has been developed for Pan-Yamaha Dealers called ‘PYMIDOL’, which facilitates the entire sale & purchase transactions online through the Lotus interface. Lotus technology and its products have provided a great ROI for YMSLI, as the technology provides a platform for rapid application development, a strong workflow engine for automating the operation of official processes and sharing the information in real time using the Lotus collaborative tools.

With better GUI applications and a five point security system, Lotus Domino is integrated with the DB2 /Oracle/Informix database for enhanced support on real-time basis operations of IYM.
